Shipping policy

At Classic JDM Spares, we are dedicated to delivering excellence and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

1. SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, there may be slight delays in shipping. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.

2. INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please contact us immediately if you need to correct an address after placing your order. We strive to expedite processing and shipping but may have limited time to amend addresses.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Classic JDM Spares is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact local authorities.

5. RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unopened and unused items.

6. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You can choose to split the order, shipping available items first and backordering the rest. Please note that if you opt to split the order, you may be required to pay the shipping costs for the second shipment. This decision is at the discretion of Pro Speed Racing.
