Refund policy


What can be returned? 

Not all items are subject to our standard returns policy. Items that are special order are subject to a return policy outline between Classic JDM Spares and the customers at time of purchase.

Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

Special order items from bulk or backorder will be accepted for a return but a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

 

When do items need to be returned?
Customers have 14 days to email classicjdmspares@gmail.com from the day they receive their order stating the product and the reason of return.


Where do items need to be returned?
Once a return request has been approved, the customer will receive instructions on where to return the product.

How do customers return items?
All returns must be accompanied by all the original documentation received with the product. 


Shipping for returns?
The customer is liable for all shipping costs to return the product as the requested address at the time of return.

Credit for returns?
Customers will be credit through the original form of payment.
